Rdgateway / RDWeb / RemoteAPP - How do you remove 'Make sure that you trust the publisher' warning

Can someone please help.  I have searched the forums and where this question has appeared the circumstances have always been a little different.

I have publised a remote app onto a rdwebaccess server which I am accessing through an RDgateway.

I have a public certified SSL sertificate which has the common name of the external domain for examplewww.webaccess.com this same certificate has Subject Alternative Names (SAN's) which are the internal FQDN of the rdgateway and the FQDN of the remoteapp server.  In this example web access is running on the rdgateway server.

The problem for me occurs when the user clicks on the published web app icon in webaccess.  They are instantly given the warning box which is headed 'RemoteApp' and then says "A website wants to run a RemoteApp program.  Make sure that you trust the publisher before you connect to run the program."  THis box also contains a details button that once pressed gives the user which resources can be accessed.  It does not give a tick box for remembering the choice.  Hitting connect will then load up the remoteapp without any other issues.

I want to remove this extra prompt of trust.  How can I do this?  I want to have this as streamlined as possible.  I have tried to figure this out myself but not gotton to the bottom of it.

The certificate chain checked and correct.
