RD Connection Broker machine installed SQL Express Server and Native Client

All,

1.         There is any possibility to install SQL Server express 2012 Database, SQL Server Native client 11.0 and RD Connection broker in same machine to achieve RDConnection Broker High Availability for collections ?
2.       We have the setup with two hyperv servers in clustered network. Is there any other way to achieve RDConnection Broker High availability for collections without SQL Server database ?
