configure remoteapp server 2012 r2 but the app does'n lunch in client side and in event viewer get event ID 1041

hi guys

I install and configure remote app in server 2012 R2 and publish an app such as calculator

but when I going to run the app in rdweb in client side, it tried to connect to server but nothing happened without any error

and I give this event in event viewer:
