Profile Migration from One Terminal Server to Another Terminal Server

Hello,

    We have old Windows 2003 terminal server which is having Several profiles, we would like to move all the profles from old server to new server. 

                   I did copied all the profiles from Old Server 2003 to new Server using Robocopy, but once a user is logged on to a new server again a new profile is created for him instead of using the old profile.

Your Help will be appreciated.
