Remote App IE9 for Windows 2012 R2

Hi,

We'd need to publish a remote app IE9 for a Windows 2012 R2 server (that has only IE11).

My questions:

-I can publish the application but how do I enable single sign on (the remote app prompts for user and password)
-if I want to give access to the remote app on the Windows 2008 R2 server only, how do I do this (I can add the users to remote desktop users but then they will be able to logon to the Windows 2008 R2 server also)
-can I give extra parameters in the remote app so Internet explorer starts at a specific page?
