"RD Gateway" and "RD Licensing" on same server? (Windows 2012 R2)

Hello

Can i host the "RD Licensing"  Role on the same host where is the "RD Gateway"?

I have one "RD Gateway" and two "RD Connection Broker" (HVA Mode). I am using some "RD Session Hosts" and "RD Virtualization Hosts"

And i dont like to setup one more Server. Or is it better when i pout it on a W2012 Domain Controller?
