How do you disable easy print driver without using group policy

I am trying to disable the easy print driver without using group policy. We are using this computer as a terminal server between two offices with three users. The problem is that we are using Medisoft for patient billing and there are forms that have to be printed on. When we use easy print none of the fields line up. something is getting lost in translation. We have no need for active directory due to the low number of users. (PS this worked fine on a 2003 server) Is there an easy way to disable easy print????
