Hi,
We have a Remote Desktop Service environment hosted in Azure Virtual Machines, the environment consists of 3 servers - a domain controller, a Remote desktop session host and a RD web gateway. We only published LOB application to end users.
Normal Scenario is simple:
1. End user connect to RDweb and click on LOB application icon.
2. LOB logon screen prompts, user enter LOB username and password, press OK.
3. LOB Application Homepage appears and users access the system function there.
Now problems come when after steps no.2. Users will be disconnected from Remote Desktop Session host server and they couldn't load the application homepage. While they login secondly, the remote session will resumed and they can access application homepage directly without login to LOD application again.
Some analysis found out:
1. Disconnection only happens to RemoteApp, while running LOB application directly on Remote Desktop Session Host is fine.
2. This happens about 70-80% when users connect to RemoteApp.
3. Saw this message "Session N has been disconnected, reason code 11" when I dig down to Event Log under TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager.
Does anyone have a clue and know what is reason code 11 about? There are limited information on the web. I hope the experts here can help me. Thanks!!
