Path Too Long Error when deleting a user profile

I have a Server 2012 R2 file server hosting my Roaming Profiles for my Server 2012 R2 RDHS environment.

Occasionally I have to reset a profile by renaming it (allowing the auto creation of a new one) and subsequently deleting the old one.

When I try to do this I get a Path Too Long Message.

When I tracked down the culprit it is a set of files located as follows:-

\\server\share\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2tyewy\LocalState\Indexed\Settings\en-US

Here I found 2 files:-

AAA_SystemSettings_Personalize_LockscreenSlideshowOptimizePhotosSelection

AAA_SystemSettings_Personalize_ConnectedSearchOnMeteredConnectionEvenRoaming

Has anyone come accross this?
