Wonder if you could help,
We are using Windows server 2012 R2 and we have 10 CAL Remote desktop licenses.
We need to reuse the licenses as the server in which they are installed on died. We have tried going through clearing house but there they require a licence ID which we do not have. As well as this Action Pack only gives us an activation code,
Can anyone help fix this problem?
