what will happen if one of multiple RDSHs in RDS2012 R2 Farm will fail

Hi,

I just added 2 more RDSHs to the farm RDS2012 R2.

4 RDSHs in Farm.

The question:

what will happen if one of multiple RDSHs in RDS2012 R2 Farm will fail?

Would Brokers will be able to detect that let say RDSH3 is down and exclude it from "sending" new connections to it?

Any actions to perform manually?
