RDS Licensing Server Setup

Hi

We have a scenario where we need around 5-6 users to be able to RDP (Windows 2008 as well as 2012) to a same server concurrently. I want to clarify the following points:

1.       Do we need RDS CALs for all the 5-6 users?
2.       If we need RDS CALs, how will they be tracked for usage?
3.       Do  need to setup RDS Licensing server for tracking purposes
4.       For the scenario that we have (only 5-6 users accessing servers remotely), what are the other RDS components required to be installed along with RDS Licensing server?
5.       Will these concurrent connections be counted for any server in domain?
