A Windows 2012 server I can normally reach from my Windows 7 Pro workstation has started giving this error when I try to rdp to it: "The remote session was disconnected because license store creation failed with access denied. Please run remote desktop
client with elevated privileges." I have read quite a few forum discussions on this one and most involved windows 8 clients, and can be solved by deleting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing. However I don't have that reg key on my workstation.
What is the fix for this issue?
