Windows Server 2012R2 Remote Desktop Session Server with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 R2 published -
When running the Remote App for Dynamics, on some computers, some pop-up windows (such as the login window) pop up but immediately loose focus to the main window (and therefore end up underneath the main window). Not all pop-up windows behave in this fashion.
Other computers seem to behave as expected (without loosing focus/popping under). The main difference that I observe is that so far, all domain connected computers exhibit the pop-under behavior while all non-domain computers do not. All the domain computers are Windows 7 Pro, the non-domain computers including Windows 7 Pro, Windows 8 (not sure if Pro), and Windows 10 Home. In comparing the Windows 7 domain (with the issue) and the Windows 7 non-domain (without the issue), it appears both are fully patched, although I show more patches on the domain machine. At this point, my assumption would be that this was some sort of security setting that happens to be tripped by settings related to the domain, but I'm not sure what settings to start looking at. I would appreciate any advise as to settings to check or other recommended courses of action.
I have tried the hotfixes related to KB2384602 and KB296832, neither shows as applicable to my system.
