RDS 2016 connection broker HA

Hello,

We are setting up a new Farm using Server 2016 and want to load balance the connection broker using SQL. We also want to make sure that the SQL Server is also HA. Is it possible to do this? The idea behind this is to put one of the SQL Servers in a recovery site, so not sure if this is supported or not. If so does anyone have any documentation on how this can be done.
